About HealthSensibly
Smart tools and honest guides for women, men and families — built to make everyday health decisions simpler.
Welcome to HealthSensibly — smart tools and honest guides for women, men and families. The name is our promise: sensible, sourced answers — health, made simple; life, made smarter.
Why we built it
Health information online is often either too technical to follow or too vague to act on. HealthSensibly sits in between: practical tools you can use in a minute, food facts per 100 g, and plain-language guides that tell you what the evidence says — and when it is time to see a doctor.
What you will find here
- 77 free health tools — ovulation, due date and period calculators, men’s health checks (prostate symptom score, heart health, fertility), personalised Indian diet plans, baby growth and vaccination charts, BMI, calories, protein and more. See all tools, or start at Women’s Health or Men’s Health.
- Food & drinks, decoded — the Food Benefits A–Z (nutrients per 100 g for 76 foods), the Junk Food Swap, the Juice & Tea Finder and a seasonal fruit & vegetable chart for India.
- Honest guides on women’s and men’s health, pregnancy, food, fitness, kids and everyday conditions — written in plain language and linked to the research behind them.
- A free writer community where readers share what they have lived through — PCOS, a first pregnancy, a diet that finally worked.
How we work
- Sources, always. Health claims link to trusted sources such as the WHO, ICMR-NIN, USDA FoodData Central, NHS and peer-reviewed research.
- Private by design. Our calculators run in your browser — we never see the numbers you enter.
- Reviewed before publishing. Every community story is read by our editors before it goes live.
- Information, not diagnosis. Our content supports conversations with your doctor; it never replaces them. Please read our medical disclaimer.
